Almost spring

Now we had a wonderful week in Austria with 3 families and it was not break the week, but break the month.

Meanwhile busy with everything from beautiful new picnic tables to finally installing the zinc gutter on the Farm, painting doors, big cleaning.

In short we are nice and busy and not bored. Let spring come, we are looking forward to it.

Just yesterday, a young acquaintance arrived, he was on his way to work and had to be in the Kop van Noord-Holland. Of course we recognized him immediately.

Wesley he has a number of years with his brother and parents at the campsite and some people stay with you forever. He thought it was great that we recognized him right away and we thought it was cool that he came along. Time for a cup of coffee and a chat. As he said, they often talk at home about `t Bullekroffie and how much fun they always had.

This morning a company trying to market Tiny Houses called to ask if we were interested. Well actually not at all. It was quiet at the other end. But then came the question what is stopping you. Well of course we think about what we do and what we do not want with our Bullekroffie and that is mainly our small cozy charm camping. The trend is that certainly here in the region many campsites have to make way for chalets, vacation homes, Tiny houses that are rented out for a lot of money. Of course fine, but for the real camper there is less and less to choose from and that is a pity camping is so much fun and we find our campsite so cozy. In addition, with our Farm accommodation next to our campsite we have a very nice combo.

Sometimes just good is also fine and we hope that all those campers enjoy our beautiful place and appreciate that they are not between the chalets, Tiny house or Glamping tents.

A word about the photo of the beautiful tulips. In April and early May you are literally camping among the blooming fields.
